Preis der Nationalgalerie für junge Kunst 2013!

Kerstin Brätsch, Mariana Castillo Deball, Simon Denny and Haris Epaminonda have been nominated for the Preis der Nationalgalerie für junge Kunst 2013!

Numerous European directors and curators of museums and art associations as well as the members of the Verein der Freunde der Nationalgalerie (Association of Friends of the National Gallery) delivered proposals for the selection of the candidates for the Preis der Nationalgalerie für junge Kunst 2013 until August 3, 2012. Taking the proposals of the so called Longlist, the First Jury decided upon four candidates that will form the Shortlist. The four nominations were officially announced on September 12, 2012.

The exhibition with works of the four candidates will take place at the Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart – Berlin from August 30, 2013 to January 12, 2014.
